We just didn’t appreciate having to book two rooms for 3 people. As a family we should be able to stay together. Also being charged at another Eurostars hotel 346.07 cdn (Montreal) when we were clearly staying in Lisbon. And not being refunded because we cancelled. Terrible.

Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Rooms on the small size for price point. Also think there should be at least 2 additional seating options in room. Only the bed to sit on. Also a luggage stand should be a basic amenity in every room.

I found a cockroach and another dead one. I message the host and received no response. There were also no coffee pods for the coffee machine but there was creamer. The pool was dirty when we arrived and had some sort of paper clogging the drain system. There were no towels for the kitchen. We ran out of toilet paper for one of the bathrooms. The door lock was difficult to operate.
